be substituted without penalty through 11-8-06
if notified by email to ruthie_knight@valdez.cc.
Substitutions made at registration require $10
late fee in cash. T-shirt size cannot be
guaranteed for substitutes. Cancellations must
be done in writing by email to ruthie_knight@valdez.cc
AND Carol Waters (ma2tna@acsalaska.net)
and by 11-1-06 without penalty. No refunds after
11-1-06.
