It is the responsibility of advisors to review the AASG Code of Conduct at (www.aasg.org) with all delegates prior to the conference, and to have in hand health insurance information for each delegate. AASG will not collect these forms. An advisor must register delegates in person at the conference.

President, Vice President, and Public Relations Officer will be elected at the conference. Parliamentarian and ASAA representative will be selected by interview. Secretary/Treasurer may also be selected, if Bylaws are amended. Go to www.aasg.org for information on these exciting choices.

Cancellation Policy:

Students may be substituted without penalty through 11-8-06 if notified by email to ruthie_knight@valdez.cc. Substitutions made at registration require $10 late fee in cash. T-shirt size cannot be guaranteed for substitutes. Cancellations must be done in writing by email to ruthie_knight@valdez.cc AND Carol Waters (ma2tna@acsalaska.net) and by 11-1-06 without penalty. No refunds after 11-1-06.
